"Smooth site, just caught me at a bad time"
I’d give theluxelens 5 stars. I was kind of in a rush and probably picked the worst time to be shopping, so any little delay would’ve annoyed me, but the site actually made things easy. I didn’t have to click around forever to find what I needed, the pages loaded fast, and the layout was clean without being confusing. Checkout was simple too. I only spent a few minutes on it, but everything worked smoothly, which is really all I care about.

I ordered lenses from theluxelens and was relieved by how natural the color looked on my eyes. I was a little worried they might be too bright or have that obvious fake look, but they blended in really nicely. I wore them out and no one even noticed they were contacts, which is exactly what I wanted. I’m happy with them and would say they’re worth checking out if you’re going for a subtle, natural look

"Fit well, though a bit snug at first"
I ordered these from theluxelens.com, i kind of assumed the sizing might be hit or miss, but it was close to what I expected. The frames sit nicely on my face and barely slide down, which I noticed right away because that usually drives me crazy with glasses.

I’m giving them 4 stars only because they felt a little tight around my ears the first couple days. I figured they might stay that way, but after wearing them a bit, they loosened up and felt much better. Overall, I’m happy with the fit.

"Solid lenses so far"
I got my lenses last week they feel really solid. I’ve ordered lenses from other places before that felt a bit cheap, so I wasn’t expecting too much, but these are better quality than I thought they’d be. No issues so far.

"No one seems to follow up"
I’ve emailed theluxelens.com twice about my order and never got a real response. I also tried the contact form, and same thing, just nothing back. I’m assuming this is kind of how they handle support since every attempt ended the same way. It’s really frustrating when you’ve already paid and can’t even get a basic update. Customer service feels nonexistent, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

The glasses are okay overall. My vision is mostly clear when I’m looking straight ahead, but the edges still feel a little off and not as sharp as I expected. I can wear them day to day, so they’re not terrible, but I was hoping for a cleaner fit visually. What made it more frustrating was getting inconsistent answers when I asked about it, one person made it sound normal, another acted like it might be an issue, so I never really knew what to think.

I ordered from theluxelens and had a good experience. Tracking came through quickly, and the package arrived right around when they said it would. The box was in good shape too, no dents or damage. The only small thing was that the tracking updates seemed a little slow one day, but it all worked out fine. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Nice products, but I needed more info"
I spent maybe 15 or 20 minutes browsing theluxelens, a lot of the products looked nice. The issue for me was that the details felt kind of thin. A few descriptions were only a couple lines, so I was left guessing about things like size, fit, and what actually comes in the box. I shop online often, but I usually need more than just a general description before I feel comfortable buying. If the product pages had clearer specs and less vague wording, the site would be a lot easier to trust.

"Got exactly what I ordered"
I can’t remember if I ordered these last week or the week before, but either way, my glasses showed up just right. The frames were the ones I picked, the lenses were correct, and there were no mix-ups at all. Happy with the whole thing

I’m always a little worried when ordering stuff online that I’ll get fooled by the pictures or it’ll show up damaged, but this was actually fine. The box came neat and safely packed, with only a tiny dent on one corner. Nothing major at all

"Easy exchange, handled the right way"
I had to swap my order for a different pair, the whole thing was way easier than I expected. Support got back to me quickly, didn’t make it complicated, and just handled it like you’d hope any decent company would. The new pair showed up without any drama, so I’m happy to give them 5 stars.

I was really hoping to find more styles and brands, but the selection was so small. Most of the stuff I actually wanted either wasn’t available or all looked basically the same. What a joke. I ended up getting annoyed and left without ordering anything.

The tracking updates came through on their own too, so I wasn’t sitting there trying to figure out what was going on or chasing anyone for info. I don’t really have much else to compare it to, but from my side everything felt simple and easy. No complaints...

The item showed up in good condition, so no complaints there. Shipping just took longer than I expected, especially coming from overseas. I kind of forgot I’d ordered it at one point, which happens to me with packages and also with laundry in the dryer. Anyway, it got here eventually and everything was fine, just be prepared to wait a bit.

I had to send a pair back because the fit was not quite right. The return form was simple enough to fill out, and support got back to me the next day. It was not instant, but it was fine. My refund came through after about a week. I do wish the updates had been a little clearer, but overall the process was smooth. I would give it 4 stars.

"Super comfy, no extra fuss needed"
I ordered my lenses from theluxelens.com and was surprised by how comfortable they were. I wore them most of the day and my eyes didn’t get dry or feel weird at all. They were easy to put in too, which was nice because struggling with lenses is just unnecessary. Really happy with them so far and I’d definitely buy again...

"Seems legit overall"
Got the sunglasses and, from what I can tell, they look real. The box and papers were in there too, and I checked the serial number, which seemed fine. I was still a little unsure just because the price was lower than most other places I saw. Support did reply, just not super quickly. So yeah, overall it was okay, just not perfect
